[R] Folks, today we have a REALLY juicy drama.

[U] Yep!

[R] A SCANDAL has just come to light. Do you remember all the discussion around Harold?

[U] ...who?

[R] The guy from all that drama over the years!

[U] Oh yeah, him! He's fell off though. What wacky drama has he gotten into this time?

[R] Do you remember some of those insane dramas where it turns out he was threatening a bunch of vulnerable teenagers & even abusing some of them?

[U] Yeah, sort of.

[R] Well, a local place has REFUSED to do anything about it!

[U] Do you mean, like, the council?

[RAFFY LAUGHS]

[R] No, obviously not! Why would I mean the council?

[U] Because the council is the only one with power...

[R] It was a place that had wrote to the council a couple of times.

[FEW SECONDS OF SILENCE]

[U] ...so what are the details?

[R] Well, a kind and heroic soul went to this place and asked them to write a letter to the council asking them to take action about Harold. A representative of the place said that the council has already tried to do something about Harold, but they couldn't.

[U] How disrespectful!

[R] According to another representative, the representative who talked about the council - who we will call the original representative - did offer to write the letter if the kind soul told him what to write. But we all know that's just utter nonsense, don't we?

[U] Yeah! I also heard something about one of the victim's names being mentioned when they didn't want it to be and then deleted?

[R] Really? I never heard anything about that. Must be fake news. We all know that the brave people fighting against this powerful place want justice for the people in the "teenagers being threatened" drama!
